Understanding our refund policies and procedures

Overview

This refund policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for refunds across our mobile applications and SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings. We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent refund practices.

Mobile App Store Purchases

For purchases made through the Apple App Store (including Vision Store):

  • All purchases are subject to Apple's standard refund policies
  • Refund requests must be submitted directly through Apple's refund process
  • To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.comand sign in with your Apple ID

SaaS Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Pro-rated refunds available within first 14 days of initial subscription
  • No refunds for partial months after the initial 14-day period
  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period

Annual Subscriptions

  • Full refund available within first 30 days of initial subscription
  • Pro-rated refunds may be considered for unused months after 30 days
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing with reason for cancellation

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise subscriptions are governed by their specific service agreements. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for refund terms.

API Usage and Credits

  • Unused API credits may be eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Used or partially used API credits are not refundable
  • Refunds for bulk API credit purchases are subject to review

Refund Eligibility

Mobile Apps - Eligible for Refund

  • Technical issues preventing app functionality
  • Unauthorized purchases
  • Accidental purchases (within reasonable timeframe)
  • Failure to deliver advertised features

SaaS Services - Eligible for Refund

  • Service unavailability exceeding SLA guarantees
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Material changes to service functionality
  • Subscription cancellation within trial period

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Used or consumed services/features
  • API calls already executed
  • Requests made after eligibility period
  • Violation of terms of service
  • Usage exceeding fair use policies

Processing Time

App Store Refunds

  • App Store refunds: typically 5-7 business days
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Debit card refunds: 10-14 business days

SaaS Refunds

  • Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 5-7 business days
  • International payments: up to 14 business days

Cancellation Process

Mobile App Subscriptions

To avoid unwanted charges, cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. Subscriptions can be managed through:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Vision Pro: Settings → App Store → Subscriptions

SaaS Subscriptions

To cancel your SaaS subscription:

  • Log in to your account dashboard
  • Navigate to Subscription Settings
  • Click Cancel Subscription
  • Follow the confirmation process
